Delos is launching on the Milan Design Week 2026
DELOS debuts at Alcova Milano 2026 during Milan Design Week, presented as part of Coalescence by the Architectural Association.
From April 20 to 26, Wedge is unveiling Variant MMDCIV in Spaces L3 and A4 at the former Centro Ospedaliero Militare in Baggio, Milan. As the first object in the Delos framework, it introduces our circular approach to high-purity 3D-printed sand. It is a physical homeware piece designed not as a permanent shape, but as an evolving material asset.

Our shapes are born from how machines see the physical world. Using LiDAR scanners, we capture the "visual noise" of our environment—shifting shadows and moving forms that act as a three-dimensional long exposure. While traditional engineering discards these glitches as errors, we use these millions of dimensionless data points as a raw, digital skeleton. From there, we introduce human intuition. We treat the algorithmic data as a creative spark, intervening to give the piece structural stability, ergonomic touch, and visual balance. Every object exists on a sliding scale between machine autonomy and human craftsmanship—a true dialogue between pure data and physical matter.

While our advanced 3D-printing framework is capable of processing six distinct mineral profiles—including ceramic and calcined sands—the inaugural Delos collection is offered exclusively in our signature High-Purity Silica Sand. This finish is intentionally chosen to highlight the raw, unfiltered beauty and tactile warmth of the natural mineral.
